So I took Travis over to the DMV today to get his learner's permit so he could later get his license, but his application was rejected because his old permit was dated before September 11. And yes, I do mean September 11, 2001.

I really didn't get it either. I'm pretty sure it was either a new brand of stupid or that the DMV guy didn't like him. I don't think he looks like a terrorist. Would you consider a five eight-ish, overweight, red haired white guy to be a terrorist? Maybe they thought he was in the IRA...
