Finished the four month temp deal yesterday. It was exactly four months - I started 6/24 and I ended 10/24. Received a Coach bag as a thank you. It's super cute and tiny.

Should have goaded the guy who was shyly flirting with me into actually asking me out. Something like, "Look, just ask. I'm not going to say no. Because the fumbling it really cute and you gave me a tiny paper crane made out of a post-it. We can go out and get slightly drunk and I'll probably say something really stupid and hopefully you'll find that endearing and ask me out again. So, stop dancing around it and just ask." would've probably worked. Bah. Should've just asked him myself. Damn crippling shyness.

I find it highly unusual that I'm currently digging female singers instead of guy singers. What's up with the men? They've all turned into pussies for some reason. They've got all of the stupid sappy love songs that are so saccharine and gag worthy. But the women, hot damn. Pink, Katy Perry, Sarah Bareilles, Rhianna, Colbie Caillat are all rocking my socks off.

I'm super glad I'm no longer commuting to Herndon. It was driving me nuts. I overslept three days last week. Damn forty-five minute drives taking over an hour. And on one memorable occasion over two hours. I won't miss that.

I really should finish all of the fics that are currently stuck in WIP and I know people want to read more of. That would require re-watching KKM or Transformers or FB and I'm currently digging Iron Man a little too much to work on any of my older stuff. I'm currently jobless, so maybe I should make that another goal.

I'm glad I don't have to get up early for the next couple of days.
