The person I'm replacing encouraged me today to bring stuff to do. Like...books or my PSP or something. I'm beginning to dread this assignment. I hate, I absolutely hate, being bored at work.

...the people are friendly, at least? I guess?

It's only four months, it's only four months, it's only four months...(rinse, repeat, ad nauseum)

Friendly people are good. I hate being bored at work too - it's so much nicer to do your reading at home - but it's better than running in a hamster wheel, where you can't get ahead of your work no matter how much you do. At least, with your job, you have wages you could pour into buying more books! :)

They're all very nice, but sometimes there are these little comments that make me think the East Coast Offices and the West Coast Office don't get along so well.
