Dear One Choice Loans
Jan. 29th, 2007 09:15 pmI have received yet another notice that my January payment is over due. However, I have YET to see a statement for this overdue balance. I called over two weeks ago when I received the first overdue notice and was assured that I would have a statement as soon as possible. Obviously, "as soon as possible" is to you "whenever we feel like it." I told the costumer service representative that I spoke to that I WOULD NOT be paying this until I have a statement in hand, mostly because I don't know what my monthly payment is supposed to be. Since I do not want to ruin MY credit with YOUR screw up, I am forced to send you a check and hope it covers the payment.
