I've figured it out!

The reason why I get so distracted from writing my papers is because the topics are so gosh darned boring. I need to find a way to make them livelier, still academic, and to motivate myself to do it by Wednesday evening.

A miracle, you say? Pish. All it will take is lots and lots of Coke. Diet Vanilla, in fact.

EDIT: Hmm...it just occured to me - can one make a coherent, informative, and decisive twelve page paper out of two books on hand, a smattering of articles with not-so-helpful information, a crap load of book reviews, and only eight pages of hand written notes on four books? This, my friends, may be the real miracle. Especially since internet sources may be looked down upon.
