Oh, I just had the best week ever! Not only did I go to Prague for a day with Karlene, which was wicked fun, but I also went to Scotland with Jessi. I love Scotland. I want live there, and marry a Scotsman, and have Scots children and it'll be worth it.
First we went to Glasgow to spend the night, because that's where our plane landed. Glasgow wasn't the best city in the world (too new and commercial for my tastes), but it did have this really cool Necropolis with literally thousands upon thousands of graves. Though it's behind a Christian church, the first people to be buried there were Jews. I should have taken pictures of their graves, just because I think they were the only ones in there. After a night at our totally awesome hostel with an ensuite bathroom (which rocked my socks because the next one wasn't that great in the shower department) and looking around some more, we headed on to the new love-of-my-life-that-is-a-city - Edinburgh. Oh, I could easily live there for the rest of my life. Or, well, at least every summer as I don't winter well, and in Scotland that would jut be a "no". But Edinburgh is an amazing city. One could feel the history surrounding it. Though we didn't get to see much of the New Town of Edinburgh, we did see a lot of the Old Town. Holyroodhouse is beautiful. The castle is beautiful. The Royal Mile is beautiful. St. Giles Cathedral is beautiful. Hell, the crags are beautiful (that's where we [Jessi, Chantel, Wilma, and I] watched the sunset. Wilma being a wonderful Australian whom Chantel introduced us to.)
And I got my Heathe Creme! After 10 years of waiting to be old enough to drink it I finally have Heather Creme! (Found in Edinburgh, not Glasgow.)

I hate to ask for money. It just makes me queasy. I'd rather be self sufficient and not have to go crawling back to my parents when I need (or really really want) something. I had a budget for this year, dammit. I should have stuck to it!
