Suddenly Seeking Advice
Dec. 23rd, 2008 10:50 amI received a job offer for a company in Falls Church. It's a very generous job offer, almost $17/hr, generous PTO/Vacation time, insurance, etc., etc. The work, however, just sounds plain boring. Processing case file after case file (8 an hour is the goal).
On the one hand - immediate availability, can come off COBRA from INTECH, more money than I've made in quite some time, steady employment.
On the other - it's in Falls Church (right next to Tyson's Conrner), I'd still be living in NoVA, strange hours to avoid traffic (some people start at 4:30 am!), the job sounds mind-numbing.
I'm still going to TX for the interview in Austin. I'm actually rather excited about the possibility of moving out and living on my own, even (especially?) to another state.
Decisions, decisions.
